Can't figure out how to regenerate the README.md though. I try this:
       mvn commons-build:readme-md
   But it fails:
[ERROR] No plugin found for prefix 'commons-build' in the current project and in the plugin groups [org.apache.maven.plugins, org.codehaus.mojo] available from the repositories [local (/home/z/.m2/repository), central (https://repo.maven.apache.org/maven2)] -> [Help 1]
   [Help 1] points here:
       [ERROR] [Help 1] http://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/MAVEN/NoPluginFoundForPrefixException
But still I don't know what to do. Are there instructions somewhere on how to get started with a freshly checked out repository on a machine that has no special local Maven repositories or similar installed?
