[httpclient] processWWWAuthChallenge should be skipped in preemtive mode

Nicolas De Loof-3

Hello,

I'm using preemptive client mode to authenticate using HTTP BASIC. When
server returns 401, processWWWAuthChallenge is used and performs a
second request. IMHO Basic chanlenge should be skipped if preemptive
mode is used.

Is this a bug ? Do you know a workaround ?

Nico.
