[jexl] Documentation for the Operator - "Not Ends With"

Hynes, Declan
Hi,
                Just a query on the documentation.

At the link: http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-jexl/reference/syntax.html under the heading "Operators", then entry for  - "Not Ends With" - seems to have the same operator in the left-hand column, as that for the "Not Starts With".

Both have "!^".

The description seems correct - i.e. "$!"

Not Ends With!^

This is the negation of the 'ends with' operator. a $! "abc" is equivalent to !(a $= "abc")

Apologies if this is the wrong forum/mailing list for these type of issues.

Regards,
Declan

Hi;
Thanks for pointing out this issue; the documentation has been updated in the code trunk.
As a summary startsWith is indeed '=^', not-startsWith is '!^'; endsWith is '=$', not-endsWith is '!$'.
Cheers,
Henrib
