I think that whenever possible it is better to have a readable class name for the core implementation:
 * {{JSF32}} -> {{JenkinsSmallFast32}}
 * {{JSF64}} -> {{JenkinsSmallFast64}}

Same remark for {{SFC}}:
 * {{SFC32}} -> {{DotyHumphreySmallFastCounting32}}
 * {{SFC64}} -> {{DotyHumphreySmallFastCounting64}}
