[math] Bug in Fraction.TWO_FIFTHS

FWIW, looking at [1], I've spotted the following bug:

   /** A fraction representing "4/5". */
    public static final Fraction TWO_FIFTHS = new Fraction(4, 5);

Looks like a bad copy / paste error.

Oooops.

Thanks, fixed in both Fraction and BigFraction in subversion repository.
